We run a free telephone helpline 01179500002 (10am-3pm Monday to Thursday) ​available to anybody in the UK.

There are often occasions when we experience a high volume of calls: if you are unable to get through, please keep trying or email us. Regretfully, we are rarely able to return calls or provide in-depth advice via email.

The Project provides a safe & supportive atmosphere to discuss the problems of taking & withdrawing from benzodiazepines & other psychotropic medicine. We keep individual General Practitioners (GPs) informed when clients work with us (currently only if they are within the Bristol, England area).
