Easing Anxiety During Difficult Times (VLOG)

There are times in our life when we are tested. When our boundaries are obliterated, our self-care is eliminated, and failure mocks us at every turn. When we are forced to face situations that we were sure our anxiety-addled minds could never handle. And yet, in the end, we surprise ourselves — and survive.

Taking care of one’s aging parents sounds simple enough. But then again, few things in life are as simple as they seem. In today’s VLOG, I share my personal experiences from the past six weeks and explore a few lessons learned along the way.
