Hello there, my name is "D." I am the founder of Easing Anxiety and the host of the "Benzo Free" and "uneven" podcasts. I am a podcaster, researcher, community organizer, and an advocate for those struggling with anxiety and/or the complications of anxiety medication. I dealt with anxiety my whole life including 12 years on the benzodiazepine "clonazepam" (Klonopin) — I've been benzo-free since 2014.
